A farm to table experience! What can’t you do here in New Orleans?!

This past weekend we enjoyed the wonders of our own backyard. We took an incredible VIP tour with Craig Napoli, co-owner of Ycloskey dock and Café Sbisa. We had an amazing opportunity to watch Chef Alfred Singleton prepare some gorgeous Louisiana blue crabs for some lucky customers at his restaurant.

Along for the ride with us was, first time NOLA visitors, Stacy and Jaymes. A lovely couple from Virginia who were celebrating their 25th anniversary with us.

We finished up our tour with an incredible gulf to table experience at Today’s Ketch in Chalmette. We enjoyed delicious local seafood and gumbo.

We love our backyard here in New Orleans and it excites us to be able to share all its beauty with our NOLA visitors.
